- Managing a portfolio of over $400m in direct spend across banking, finance, debt, credit, audit and consulting; Implementing Supplier Relationship Management Framework with key partners, worth more than $500m.- Developed strong relationships with key finance partners, including repairing significantly damaged and forgotten relationships. Leveraged this network for industry knowledge and information, assisting in negotiations and strategy development. Through this relationship development, continued strengthening an opportunity for a joint venture. - Finalised commercial and contract negotiations with Big 4 bank; Key negotiations around minimum cash balances, card present facilities and data security. Identified and implemented project team for rollout of card present transaction services. - Built key relationships with Treasury and assisted in identifying cost reduction opportunities around hidden FX risk. - Primary APAC IASTA/Determine (global spend analytics and e-sourcing tool) contact for approx. AUD$2 Billion per annum spend data collation, analysis and verification – coordination with GM – Client Finance & Estimating and National Procurement Manager to analyse and compare IASTA/Determine taxonomy against spend data outputs from multiple platforms.- Analysis of legacy client spend with extensive data rationalization and validation.- Assisting Global Procurement Centre of Excellence with standardizing data processes and rollout of global e-sourcing, spend analytics and contract management systems. Identified errors with legacy contract management system. Built new APAC Procurement contract management platform on SharePoint, including distribution of automated reporting on contract expiries and details to a dynamic list of stakeholders.- Procurement lead responsible for identifying and implementing early hour savings to AUD$25 Million revenue comprehensive contract reporting and responding directly to executive stakeholders. Founded in data analytics, developed and presented procurement strategies and savings realisation reports to clients.- Responsible for financial modelling of incumbent facilities management supply chain while simultaneously leading engagement with 150 sub-contractors for direct negotiations.- Extensive modelling and analysis of tender submissions for key, high spend categories. - Project manager and primary developer for Benchmarking Project – lead a team of 5 staff in the development of a platform for benchmarking cost per square metre across criteria for both internal and client spend. Developed data visualization dashboards targeted at various levels of management.
