Supervise the design, permitting, groundwater elevation monitoring, and groundwater sampling associated with dewatering of construction sites throughout South Florida. Track the progression of projects and coordinate with colleagues, clients, contractors, laboratories, and government personnel to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.Review regulatory files on historically contaminated sites and prepare engineering plans that will prevent the migration of contaminants throughout the dewatering process. Prepare detailed reports and memorandums for clients as well as Federal, State, and County regulatory agencies. Assign and supervise fieldwork of colleagues including but not limited to field reports and sampling logs.Establish employee standards and guidelines including standard operating procedures (SOPs) of usual tasks performed.Perform soil and/or groundwater sampling in accordance with Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) SOPs as needed.Analyze laboratory results of soil and groundwater samples to determine compliance with Federal, State, and County laws.
