NextG pioneered the use of outdoor distributed antenna systems (DAS) on public right-of-way infrastructure, and ultimately became the undisputed leader in that space. In his CTO role, Mr. Cutrer had external responsibility for pioneering the company technology, working closely with customers to understand market needs and product requirements, and was a key team member in negotiating significant contracts with wireless operator customers. Mr. Cutrer also had internal responsibility for all aspects of product marketing, development, deployment and network operations.

LGC was one of the first infrastructure companies to develop and pioneer the use of active distributed antenna systems (DAS) for in-building coverage and capacity. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects on the product development and management of the engineering team. LGC was sold to ADC Telecom in 2007 for $170M, making money for all shareholders.
