Current• Responsible for the entire full-cycle recruiting process for Mexico, Peru, Chile & Argentina . Experience in End-to-end recruiting; including research, building pipelines, sourcing, candidate assessment, first screening, interviewing and offer management.• Talent mapping - Hit rate & market analysis reported to theHead for Latam.• Develop effective recruiting strategies to fulfill the open positions.• Work with my team to identify recruiting needs.• Review and negotiate job descriptions.• Source and share with my team applicants through LinkedIn, Social Media Networks,Databases, Boolean Search and recruitment tools.• Pre-screen job candidates, review resumes and qualifications.• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.• Partnered with managers to ensure quality of hires were met (KPI’s & SLA’s).
