I was responsible for ensuring quality of calls and meeting of KP's for 15 -20 agents. I also worked to keep them motivated and efficient in their day to day performances. I also developed training for my agents to raise their level of customer service, which resulted in obtaining the Customer Service Branch of a major client being moved to our call center.

As lead agent, I was responsible to handle escalated calls and resolve customer issues and disputes, while meeting thier needs and the needs of the business.
