Manage a group of 10 technical, security and business consultantsManage multiple and various projects for a wide variety of clientsManage customer relationshipsTrack project progress (MS Project), ensure on time and on budget resultsResponsible for the effective and efficient delivery of computing services to meet or exceed service level commitments of our clientsThorough knowledge of advanced computing technologies and technical risk management. Knowledge of data communications and security; network hardware; operating systems and protocols; mid-range servers through desktop hardware and operating systems software. Prepare high-level and detailed project plans in consultation with the clientsPrepare weekly status reports and produce a Monthly Project Progress Report for the sponsors of the projectIdentify and take appropriate action on project-related issuesIdentify and manage changes to the scope of the projectLead joint application development sessions / focus groupsKnowledge of current trends in technology
