I am the Client Care Manager, at the award winning, SquareOne Training - a Microsoft/IT software training company that offers a wide range of courses for learners of all levels and backgrounds. My role is to provide assistance and support to learners and bookers who enrol in our courses and help them achieve their learning goals and also to liaise with trainers to ensure that our courses are ran to the highest standard.I have a background in high-end, luxury Hotel Management and customer service, providing exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing teams. Providing a 5* service is still something I pride myself on today. I am also an entrepreneur and a creative. I own and operate a clothing company and a collectable trading card and memorabilia business, where I showcase my talents in designing clothing and websites, as well as marketing and sales.As Client Care Manager, I communicate with learners before, during, and after the courses to ensure they have a smooth and enjoyable learning experience. I answer any questions or queries they may have about the course content, objectives, outcomes, delivery methods, and assessment criteria. I also provide feedback and suggestions to the trainers and the learning and development manager on how to improve the quality and effectiveness of the courses.I have a degree in Business Management, NVQ Customer Care - Levels 1 & 2 and a passion for education and technology. I enjoy learning new things and keeping up with the latest trends and developments in the field. I also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset.I am proud to be part of the SquareOne Training team and to contribute to the success of our learners.
