About David Elkins
At FSi Strategies, my focus is on enhancing client operations through modern work solutions. This includes Teams design and implementation, Teams Voice conversions and deployments, Teams Meeting Room conversions and deployments, SharePoint design, implementation and migration. In addition to the Modern Work product line, I also have led successful conversions to Microsoft's Azure Active Directory system from on premise solutions, including full AAD conversions and device fleet management with Intune. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer, I conduct training engagements that empower our team and broaden client competencies in modern technology applications. My active role in Microsoft's TAP program equips me with advanced knowledge of upcoming features, allowing our organization to stay at the forefront of industry innovation and ensure smooth rollout of upcoming features.As the lead Onboarding Engineer, my role is to consult and evaluate a client infrastructure during the onboarding process. During this process I prep and document the environment for our Service Desk to be able to support this new client in their day to day operations, including deployment of our support tools to endpoints and establishment of partner relationships for Microsoft products. Afterwards I work with our solutions architecture team to review and deliver documented and discovered infrastructure, as well as any pain points that client may need resolved.You can also find me at any of FSi's community events talking about Copilot and the rest of the modern work tools available at Microsoft. I have been the speaker at several events all focused on bringing these tools to non-profit organizations which has given me many opportunities to connect with the community.
