Conducting remote dial ins and site visits where necessary to diagnose and improve laser performance while engaging in comprehensive communication with clients throughout.Overseeing all service caseload with respect to Equinox, ensuring all are progressed efficiently and delegating cases to other engineers.Training of service engineers, some with no prior experience in Equinox operation, ensuring the necessary understanding and awareness of procedure is communicated.Producing and maintaining technical documentation and procedural guides for the use of M2 engineers and clients alike.
