Working with the Print Sales team and the IT department, I found myself acting as a liaison between sales and the C-level customers to explain new technology and craft solutions to solve their problems. My explanation of the technical process helped the sales team, so they could sell while also explaining to the customer what they were buying or what we were building. Using PageFlex and XMPie we created unique Print on Demand Projects and websites for large brands such as Bank of America, GMAC, Comcast, Aramark, JUVÉDERM, Botox, Motrin, and ACUVUE. Together we created great solutions that solved real business problems and in the end were so much more than just selling printing products.
