Technical Support Specialist - Romeoville PoliceKey Information Technology position working for the Village of Romeoville Police Department . Duties include working collaboratively with all civilian and sworn staff , and associated Police department technologies. I am Romeoville Police departments Axon Administrator. Implemented in 2019 Axon digital evidence management system (Evidence.com) as well as Fleet 2. Implemented Axon BWC (AB3) program in March of 2023. Currently Axon Body 3 Instructor and Axon Fleet 3 ALPR Administrator with most recent implementation of ALPR's in 05/2024. Duties also include Administration of Flock Safety LPR, Vigilant LEARN LPR, Help Desk, real-time and remote phone support. Additional duties include retrieval, duplication and storage of all video recordings from squads, BWC, booking, police interview rooms and emergency 911 calls working directly with the Will County States Attorney Office. Further duties include processing and executing FOIA requests, redactions, expungements, court orders and subpoenas.

Systems Engineer that supported all aspects of 3PL technology and hundreds of users in NA, UK and Asia.Installs and configs of Windows servers, Exchange servers, Citrix servers, VM's. Admin support of all tech and user needs.

Started as bench technician with company. Later became lab supervisor, supervised small staff with custom server and PC builds for repeat customers like Anderson Consulting, Arthur Anderson, Whittman-Hart, Deloitte&Touche. Also team members anually traveled with customers like AAOS (American Academy for Orthopdeic Surgeons) for site on-support.
