My job is to prepare the annual budget of the team, improve the working process/system on the team, take in charge of the recruiting, training and performance assessment for the team, manage the daily operation on the team, manage global customers relationship, follow up P/Os & forecast, capacity/material supply plan, daily/weekly shipment plan, consignment stock level, account receivables, ramp-up/down plan for all projects, handle the obsolete/excess materials during ramp-down/EOL, handle customer inquiries&complaints, propose the outbound logistics solutions for customers, logistics contracts negotiation with customers and 3PL, liaison between the global customers/CS and SZ factory, report sales regularly to management.
