• Module Solution Design. Integrated module design for China Local Customers. Especially for the applications in Ventilator, Anesthesia and other Medical Instruments. Coordinate the manufacturing resouces for the customers.• Marketing Analysis and Report. Analyze the market and make the report for both Greater China and Rest of Asia Pacific business. Use Power BI and Excel for the deep analysis and summarize the related information for localization and sales support.• Product Training. Online and Offline training for both OEMs and distributors. Internal training for sales person and colleagues from other functions.• Quality Issue Solving. Rapid and high performance in solving the quality problems raised by the customers. Organize and chair the conference calls. Coordinate all related resources, including chairing the monthly growth call between China and US team.• Product Localization. Promoting the product localization in China in order to grow more business for Asia Pacific Region.

• Search new clients that could benefit from Aptiv products and/or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions• Establishing new and maintaining existing long-term rapports with customers• Managing and interpreting customer requirements - listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs• Convincing clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery• Calculating client quotations• Negotiating tender and contract terms, to meet both client and company needs• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions

• Be familiar to product line’s process• Monitor and manage product line business pursuit execution• Works with cross functions to fulfill business pursuit and quotation process, pass thought necessary sales gate review and support sales team obtain qualified price for quotation and negotiation• Be familiar to product line’s product and competitor’s performance by long term data collection and analysis• Aggressively support cost reduction initiatives and achieve material cost reduction targets;• Professionally represent Delphi in all circumstances;• Supporting marketing activities by attending negotiations, workshop seminar, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;• Liaising with other members of Sales and Marketing• Preparing various reports for supervisor and department head
