As a domestic energy assessor (DEA) and Green Deal Assessor, I work out the energy efficiency of domestic buildings like houses and flats, and suggest how it can be improved. This would take the form of an Energy Performance Certificate. As a Green Deal Advisor, using an Energy Performance Certificate i would survey a properties energy needs and requirements and using Software I would determine a level of funding which may be available for the customer to go forward and install renewable products to make thier home more energy efficient.I hold a Level 3 diploma in Domestic Green Deal advice and Energy Assessments and currently registered through Stroma

Responsible for the safe use of heavy machinery which is used to multi drop building materials to our customers locations throughout Scotland. Driving a HIAB lorry under tacho regulations, my task was also to find suitable locations to deliver materials whilst carrying out a survey to enable the goods to be delivered safely.Loading the HIAB lorry on a daily basis using a Counterbalance forklift was another role in addition to delivering the goods. Using our experience to maintain a safe working load of both the forklift and the Lorry to ensure we are within the legal requirement.In my role I was additionally responsible for maintaining all relevant paperwork and maximising role efficiency by ensuring all paperwork was up to date and audit compliant.
