I manage a team of portfolio strategists and analysts. I produce macro thought leadership, competitor analysis, portfolio analytics and written commentary supporting over fifteen different strategies sold within mutual fund, active ETF and separate account wrappers. In my role within the investment team, I travel alongside client facing teams representing our strategies as a product / industry expert. I am a writer, webcast moderator and active public speaker providing international, emerging market, regional Asia and country specific asset allocation insights to audiences of all types and sizes.

Senior member of our investment team focused on EM multi-asset products. In addition to portfolio manager duties, I represented our products to both the retail and institutional clients to support business development and client communication.

Head of macro emerging markets strategies. Brought a small team to Duet to manage a multi-asset global EM macro fund. The fund was closed for lack of fund raising.

Joined Macquarie as a result of the acquisition of my firm, OneWorld Investments, LP in October 2008. Lead portfolio manager for the Macquarie EM Tactical Allocation Fund, a global long-only EM equity strategy (since inception November 2, 2006) - 5 year track record with average outperformance versus MSCI EM equity benchmark equal to approximately 5 % p.a. (since inception). Chair the EM investment committee for all products. Responsible for all aspects of our investment process, portfolio construction, asset allocation and implementation for our funds. Extensive public speaking, large roadshow appearances and other specialized marketing experience including multi asset class presentations, seminars, and one-on-one client tutorials for global consultants, institutional clients, large family offices and high net worth retail advisors.

With a former colleague, I started Oneworld Investments, an independent Investment advisor focused on emerging market equity, fixed income and currency products. We built Oneworld from the ground up, raising an initial $50million in seed capital, and successfully launching and managing several strategies. I was co-CIO and managed operational aspects of the firm. After 9 years, we eventually folded our business into Macquarie Fund Management. I stayed on with Macquarie, per terms of our buyout for several years, managing our team and investment vehicles.
