Assistant Director, Ticket Services
Current- Part of the team that handled all aspects of ticketing and patron services for Wolf Trap’s three venues (~200 performances annually, with $20 million in ticket revenue, and over 100k unique patron households)
- Hire, assist, motivate, budget, train, schedule 30-35 staff annually
- Provide integral role in launching a gift card program across multiple point of sale systems
- Ensure compliance for all cash control procedures and review them annually
- Provide sales reports, including automated reports for artist management agencies
- Compose final performance audits for artist settlement
