System Property Development Company, Inc., ("System") is the successor in interest to System Parking, Inc., and the parent of Motor Parks, LLC, which was founded in Los Angeles in 1920. The Company owns a national real estate portfolio of office, retail and parking properties in 6 states and 10 Cities from New York to Los Angeles. System has a 103 year history as an industry leader in the ownership, operations and construction of parking facilities throughout the United States. System owns traditional office buildings and creative office space and is actively acquiring more office product from coast to coast. Mr. Damus has been involved in several billion dollars worth of real estate transactions in his career and has been lead on the merger, acquisition and sale of companies and brands throughout his professional career.

The L&R Group of Companies ("L&R") is a parking and real estate company, operating under parking brands such as Five Star Parking, Joe's Auto Parks, Network Parking and WallyPark during my tenure as its Chief Executive Officer. L&R was one of the top three privately held parking company based in the United States.

The Trojan Debate Squad is the first student organization at USC, founded in 1880. As Director, I had the pleasure of working with the finest undergraduate and graduate students to compete at the highest level of intercollegiate debate. As the "Head Trojan" from 1993 to 2007 the squad qualified 26 teams to the National Debate Tournament. Several teams were awarded "at large" bids and speaker awards at the National Championships. The most rewarding aspect of the job was producing great graduates who have gone on to become leaders in business, law, education and their communities throughout the country. I was honored to be a part of a special program which continues with a rich tradition of excellence.

Managed the legal affairs for System Parking, Inc., The Broadway Spring Center and Langner Security Services, Inc.. Duties included all merger and acquisitions, real estate, labor and litigation claims. Handled all real estate purchases and sales throughout the United States. Oversaw all parking contracts and labor issues including collective bargaining and related employee matters.
