Assessment and implementation of Business Continuity (BC) and IT Disaster Recovery (DR) programmes to Business Continuity Institute (BCI) Good Practice Guidelines (GPG) and ISO 22301 and 22313 standards.A major activity of this position is to undertake a DR Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for clients, allowing them to determine the impact to the business of the loss of IT, the costs associated with negating this risk, the recovery time and data loss for each application and the recovery order of the applications.

I undertake full implementations of BC or DR programmes or undertake reviews of exiting programmes to Australian, International and Industry Standards. I undertake Information Security Audits to Australian and International StandardsMy clients are from a cross section of industries - Health, Local Government, Financial, Manufactoring and Technology.

As the Project Manager, I was responsible for both Internal and external client Project Management. As the Enterprise Services Manager, I was responsible for Customer Service Delivery, including responding to and co-ordinating high priorty Servive calls to all of Network Appliances enterprise accounts. I delivered the Customer Training programme.

In this role I delivered Disaster Recovery Solutions accross Australia, New Zealand, USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and China on behalf of EMC.The role encompassed anything from pre-sales presenations, solution design and architrecture, implementtaion, testing, customer handover and training.My client base covered many different industries, but mainly focused on the Financial Industry.

My responsibilites within this role was to manage the day to day operations of the Mainframe Storage Infrastructure, providing full support to the Operations dept. In addition I configured the Mainframe Hardware.

I was responsible for the Mainframe Computer Operations.

I was responsible for the Mainframe and DOS computer operations.
