Site Continuous Improvement Manager
• Facilitation and delivery of continuous improvement implementation and employee involvement, through coaching and influencing management and employees.• Employing tools and methodologies that drive the elimination of waste and reduce variability, providing leadership, coaching and training in lean thinking, lean processes and lean production.• Co-create, sustain, revise and measure progress on the Site Continuous Improvement Plan and reflect this in the site’s operating results.• Identify improvement opportunities in all aspects of the operation, prioritise these against resources and manage their realisation in a structured improvement program.• Member of the Senior Management team, fully maximising the workforce potential, though improvement activities, which impacted on the achievement of KPI’s and cost.
