Goodheart-Willcox is the premier publisher of Career and Technical Education materials. I am responsible for all secondary schools in northern Texas, and Oklahoma. I also have opportunities to man an exhibit booth at various trade shows/conferences, in my territory.My priority is to build a long-term relationship with my customers, so that Goodheart-Willcox will be their first call for any and all career/technical instructional materials. My consultative sales approach allows me to quickly identify a customer's wants and needs. Next by presenting and educating the customer on the available options, we arrive together at the best solution for them.Providing outstanding customer service, in order to ensure complete satisfaction, is always my goal. Whether it is answering the phone on that first ring, returning e-mails or voicemails in a prompt timeframe, or sending a review sample, desk copy, or quote, as soon as possible, I always make sure that my customers are serviced to their satisfaction.
