Converted an abandoned ice-cream shop to a technology enabled pharmacy leveraging a same day-Uber like delivery experience during the height of COVID as the first hire. Built, hired and directly managed the pharmacy operations, logistics, and growth teams. Built a meds to beds hospital discharge system where patients could get their medications delivered to their homes upon discharge. Directly managed and acquired major PBM contracts to initiate billing insurance patients for medications. Reoriented pharmacy with differing partnerships, creating custom workflows to meet our providers and patient needs.

Coordinated medication optimization for patients in low income populations by consistently having an updated and working knowledge of formularies, treatment algorithms, and costs to patients to suggest to prescribers if needed. Created an on-call hospice program with therapeutic switch programs and pre-filled medication care kits that optimized medication services to patients. Developed diversion program to fulfill valid prescriptions with appropriate medical necessity.

Titrated, switched and weaned patients off of opioid medications based on patient's pain level. Was an integral member of the care teams in regards to medication dispensing via having knowledge of covered medications and optimized dispensing. Regularly coordinated care with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care.
