• Screen candidates resume and job applications• Sourcing profiles based on the given requirements through multiple channels like job portals, references.• Posting Jobs on LinkedIn, job portal, and other similar means to widen the possibilities for the right candidates.• Possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes which include sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing.• Mass-mailing to all the relevant profiles for concerned jobs using the Job portal.• Screening the profiles and gathering information about candidates.• Maintaining the recruitment tracker for all open positions.• Maintaining healthy relationships with candidates from their hiring till onboarding.• Coordinating all the necessary formalities with the selected candidates till joining

Key Responsibilities:Client's : Accenture, HCLHandling the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned clients.Handling recruitment for IT clients primarily.Understanding the requirement of the client.Scanning of profiles ranging of all levels.Screening profiles, Sourcing profiles from Monster Portal. Work for all ITES Skill.Screening the profiles suitable for the Client's requirement based on the salary offered and experiences in the industry, skills and assignments/projects to be handled.Initial screening and short listing of the candidates as per the client requirements.Gathering information about candidates (Work experience, present and expected compensation, location/relocation information, work authorization status, Notice Period, availability for the interview, and motivation factors, etc).Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.Review applications and conduct their initial round of screening to check fitment and provide necessary information about job before sending their profile to the client.Schedule interviews (Telephonic, face to face, skype, Lync etc.) for short-listed candidates, follow-up to ensure interviews happen.Managed Entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, scheduling, salary negotiation, and follow up.Taking feedback from candidates and clients to assist smooth functioning and mutual growth.Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.
