My role at Injured Gadgets is to primarily lead the Sales and Account Management teams, with a combined total client number of over 2,000 accounts, including several hundred personal accounts. Provide product knowledge training as well as general support. Track added accounts, and a 150% sales growth year over year. Ensure a close relationship with my team members, tracking success and growth within the company, while also enforcing policies, goals, and sales strategies to my team. Develop strong training programs and strategies for various departments, tasked to ensure knowledge on all products were provided to all customer facing employees.Trade show attendance traveling 3-4 times per year to various conferences around the US, exhibiting at the company booth, organizing and planning event strategies, and reinforcing positive engagement with clients who visit. Public speaking, representing my company at panels on stage, speaking to audiences and answering Q&A's. Industry partner dinners and outing's for the trade shows, ensuring we retain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.Outside of sales and account management, I regularly participate in marketing research and development, from marketing strategies with development team, videography for product launches, employee spotlight videos, and various promotional content for social media presence.

Regional Sales Training for HP required traveling to various retail space locations where HP products are sold. Various locations included Microcenters, Fry's Electronics, Office Depot's, and Best Buy stores. Goals for my role was to develop strong relationships with location managers and sales employees, bringing various training documents and product demonstrations. Skills developed through this role involved public speaking and presentation speaking, as well as sales training and client engagement. My time spent in this role also included working sales floors as a step-in associate for the retail spaces, demonstrating products and knowledge sharing to customers for the businesses I would visit.

Working closely with client's to establish on-site and remote B2B IT solutions contracts, my role was to communicate closely with all major customers to build out plans and operations for full IT support to customer businesses. IT solutions range from networking systems, A/V system setups, software installation and monitoring, computer and server upgrades as well as maintenance, along with training and documentation of system supports to build out internal IT staffing for the business clients. I also generated customer growth by finding new clients and establishing contracts.
