Working as a Remote Service Engineer, I provide Level 1 support for two systems in Enterprise Informatics. These systems are Intellispace Portal (ISP), an application suite for advanced visualization and image processing of clinical images, and Intellispace Cardiovascular (ISCV), a PACS for Cardiology Informatics. As a stand-alone role within my team, I address incoming incidents related to these systems, solving them or escalating to the Level 2 and Level 3 teams as needed. I work closely with the upgrade and installation teams to assess the success of system deployments and identify areas that need improvement to ensure customer satisfaction with the products.My area of responsibility covers the Nordics, with a dotted line to the UK & Ireland, where I assist the remote service teams as needed.
