MindPlus Retreats are weekend and five day retreats and Wellness Days held in beautiful countryside locations in the U.K. We incorporate yoga, personal development workshops, meditation, relaxing treatments, coaching & hypnotherapy and delicious, healthy food!I am thirty plus years working as a chef at all levels with a vast experience, and over the years I have been lucky enough to cooked for Royalty, Prime Ministers & Celebrities.
