Trade One has worked closely with a Carters East Tamaki referral, whereby reviewing all facets of the business, from marketing, design, quoting, sales agreement, placing job in production, production, installation and post install service, accounts payable / receivable, overheads, GP% and improving bottom line profit … As the media landscape changes, reaching and communicating with customers and prospects, requires an integrated approach. Trade One can refer companies providing up to date promotional & marketing solutions. Assist with creating and maintaining Databases, regular newsletters and deals, video testimonials, gallery of work to date, featured clients (success stories ..). More recently providing sales and management service to several builders and contractors. Aimed at busy tradesmen, whereby they could focus on what they do well, namely working onsite, while Trade One took care of new lead generation, sales, contracts, supplier and trade quotes, accounts and administration.

Negotiated and improved key supply agreements, lowering overheads with aim of improving profitability without compromising on quality.Developed a Sales Strategy that saw the company expand into mid to high end market and a high volume supply contract for HNZ Contractor. Tendered for and won substantial Supply Contract with Transfield Services and Spotless Services, maintain and build new kitchens to South Auckland HNZ homes.

Fantastic position whereby I worked for a visionary and pro active business owner. I had the opportunity to visit some of the leading Mega Trade Centres around the country, meeting key personnel, learning the platform to a successful Trade Centre. Key roles was forming and leading a small team, raising the profile of Henderson Trade, utilising supplier resources, developing sales strategy, growing new business database. Achieved targets within 12 months, doubled sales in next 12 months. Milestone was collaborating with M10 Head Office and Tasman Insulation to win a contract, by a local council contractor to retro fit insulation to West Auckland homes.
