Retail Operations Manager
Current- Responsible for the day- to-day operations duties include training new employees, managing inventory, financials, supporting recruitment, enforcing and coaching on operating procedures and objectives, overseeing safety.
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day retail operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer service.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies.
- Manage and lead a diverse team of retail staff, providing guidance and support.
