As an entrepreneur at heart and with a professional sense of taking responsibility, I managed to:• Set up my own strategy of business development; • Coach and motivate junior Business development managers;* open strategic accounts on a high speed success mode;• develop a customer portfolio as an account manager;• respond accurately towards official Call for Tenders;• prepare commercial offers (Fixed price or Time&Materials);• negotiate legal contracts and commercial terms;• act as real partner by offering concrete support towards customer problems;• follow up the performance of the services by organizing Project Reviews with the customers;• appreciate operational and technical implications;• improve my people management skills in order to motivate a team of 25 engineers with different nationalities;• recruit the right people to strengthen my team (from the first contact till the final closing);• manage my own P&L
