With over 20 years experience in the public and independent education sectors, I am privileged to be able to contribute to the development of young people through guiding and empowering them to connect with a love for sport and learning. Whether directing learning in the classroom, the field of play or through a sports team, my focus is for the experience to be supported by a multi-faceted approach of pastoral care, an educative focus and one that encourages and supports high standards. Above all, I strive to ensure that all of my students, athletes and fellow colleagues are provided with the opportunity to extend themselves, feel safe in taking risks in their learning and feel supported to be reflective in their endeavours.Throughout my career I place great emphasis on developing respectful and positive relationships with all stakeholders, where they are empowered to execute their role with confidence.
