Reporting to the VP of Information and Technology, I help drive business development through digital transformation initiatives and pursue customer satisfaction of our range of digital products and services.

Operating under the Business Manager, my goal as Business Technology Manager was to coordinate executive and accounting objectives, as well as enable success through tech innovation. Acted as project manager for all digital initiatives involving software and assisted the VP of Infrastructure on telemetry and SCADA product development.

Texas Specialty Sands is a leading supplier of silica sand in the Permian Basin region of Texas. We provide an exceptional level of customer service to a group of small to mid-sized oil and natural gas companies. As the Logitrac and Inventory Control Specialist for Texas Specialty Sands, I liaise with information technology staff and corporate managers to provide agile solutions to business intelligence and logistics problems. I act as the in-house subject matter expert regarding our enterprise database technology: Logitrac. My job includes maintaining training materials for our proprietary software technologies, including technical manuals. Additionally, I provide technical support to terminal and field employees to ensure consistent business operations and customer service. This often includes providing customers with reports and information about inventory levels at our terminals, and number of loads shipped during weekly or monthly operations.
