My responsibilities:- Leading a team of PhD candidates and researchers- Plan and manage educational activities- Looking after new research opportunities and the valorization of research results- Project Management- Tracking (inter)national development in the cooperative field- Maintaining contact with external parties (practitioners, etc.) - Creating and maintaining a network with (inter)national peers

- Project exploration on social justice within the climate transition story, with specific attention to the circular economy and sustainable energy production.- Monitoring of digital tools, energy consumption, and general living experience in Interreg North-West Europe project Housing 4.0 Energy

Coordinator of the association Open Armen vzw, one of the 52 associations in Flanders where the poor have the floor. In an exploratory step into how a bottom-up organization works, I was responsible for organising various activities and group supervision, facilitating meetings with partners, and taking care of the administration and accounting.

As a research assistant, I contributed to a study related to social innovation, and local citizens' initiatives and their interactions with various (government) institutions. I have done fieldwork, made analyses and reports, and I am co-author of the published report "Liveability initiatives in the countryside - Analysis of individuality and ownership". An additional study related to the learning capacity within provinces in the Netherlands, in relation to green citizen initiatives. This was done in a collaboration between Dutch provinces, the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency (PBL) and Wageningen UR.

Facilitate and support events and activities, logistics tasks.

During this period I had the privilege to delve into the phenomenon of social innovation. Throughout the internship, I conducted preliminary research on measuring the impact of media literacy education initiatives, as well as providing all kinds of project support.

Socio-environmental research on mangrove conservation and restoration, and related societal challenges.
