• Managing occupational campus on behalf of a alrge investment bank• Ensuring all lease obligations (rent payments, maintenance and reinstatement requirements) are met, including thorough abstract of all new leases and advising client on applications for landlord consent and licensing. Administering applications for assignment or consent from subtenants.• Managing subletting of excess space, lease renewals, rights of light awards and rent reviews on head and subleases in conjunction with subject experts.• Ensuring quarterly rent and rates are paid by the bank to their landlords and that subtenant income is collected on sublet retail and office space including reporting on collection and arrears statistics.• Maintaining two property databases (APB whilst employed by Jones Lang LaSalle and O6ix for Carillion together with Bricsnet for the bank) including the upload of new properties, leases and subletting together with undertaking any changes and reporting on the quality of the data to the client.• Managing relationships with landlords and their agents together with subtenants (including dispute resolution), solicitors and other consultants. Cross selling of other Carillion and JLL services to the bank.• Undertaking service charge budgeting and reconciliation on freehold buildings which have been let and reporting on variance to the bank and tenants. • Monitoring utilities consumption and reporting data collected to the bank
