• Supervising the purchase of property from the employees of corporate clients
• Ensuring that vendors receive an accurate market price for their property
• Confirming acceptance of offers and ensuring that funds are released in a timely manner
• Approval of equity advances where required and permissible under client policies
• Ensuring properties are best marketed and sold as quickly as possible, ensuring the maximum sale price is achieved and ensuring client companies are aware of the opportunity cost of declining a reasonable offer.
• Ensuring that properties which are to be let and managed on behalf of corporate employees are in a suitable condition.

• Managing both the residential letting and property management departments of the company and ensuring that service standards are maintained and performance targets met.
• Appointing separate external agents for the letting and property management functions, including the setting and delivery of robust service standards.
• Responding to queries on landlord accounts and personally handling difficult situations.
• Ensuring all correct documentation is held
• Mediating in any dispute and over seeing the property management process.
• Ensuring that investors’ properties are let in a timely manner and ensuring the correct process is followed.
