I am a highly enthusiastic trainer, passionate about sharing my extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry.I currently design and deliver training sessions to teams undergoing remodels and conversions across a wide range of different brands within our company, from premium steak house restaurants to hotels. As a people person, I offer great support to managers and team members throughout the training, set up and opening of their exciting new business.As part of our continuous support to our retail businesses I also deliver online workshops and courses to aid the development of our employees across all levels.I love to constantly evolve my training - always adding my own personality to my work to keep my learners engaged!
