Directional Drilling Engineer / Drilling Operations Group• Provide specialist and general engineering support throughout the US across all operating companies with the ability to communicate across business functions in a variety of situations• Analyze and solve complex Directional Drilling design problems• Record and manage log of all company Directional Drilling and mud motor failures and provide weekly reports for incidents• Organize and manage drilling performance data and conduct reviews• Support all Survey Management operations and oversight of Survey Analysts• Work alongside MWD Operations Engineer in failed string analysis, T&D Analysis, Drilling Operations GroupWell Planner • Provide Well Planning services to customers in the Permian Basin• Develop and present wellpath options to customers and drilling team members• Provide offset analysis and anti-collision recommendations to reduce risk while drilling• Utilize field surveys to confirm the position of the wellbore compared to the plan, as well as prepare final documentation of the wellbore position
