- Managed 100+ Contracts with expenditures of ~$30MM for technical stakeholders, led buyer/advisor team alignment, supported organizational capability development (received 41 R&A’s for customer service) - Strengthened familiarity with standard contract models and led multiple commercial negotiations- Created and executed the Annual Contracting Plan (as well as assisted in the process formulation) - Led process improvement efforts, for example: led a 3-person team to identify, prioritize and execute contract request web tool improvements- Mentored Summer Intern – resulting in a full time offer & acceptance
