I am an Asst. Training Manager with Master Trainer TTT, Facilitation Skills TTT, BWS TTT, Voice TTT, Instructional Design, 7 QC Tools,LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certifications with 5.5 years+ of insightful work experience in leadership level from being a Post-placement Officer to a Process Trainer of QAs in MNC and currently as Asst. Training Manager in IDFC First Bank. Apart from Process Training(approx. 100 Batches till now), I have initiated and facilitated workshops for many aspiring leaders (employees nominated for potential elevation) in Wipro on various Soft Skills required viz. Leadership skills, Art of Business Communication, Presentation Skills, Workload Leveling, Story Building presentation, Accent Neutralization, Facilitation Skills, Feedback & Coaching, QC Tools, etc.I have conducted successful Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of BQ Data and have knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma. I have collaborated with Business Analysts on several projects for Client.I have hands on experience in managing operations and Quality Assurance. Capable to work in a fastpaced environment, with effective multi-tasking skills. I have the ability to manage collaborative tasks, communicate effectively and display the commitment and work ethic required. I have experience and effectiveness in People management in Training and Operations. Hence, I have acquired both the managerial and leadership skills to create a highly productive team.I also have additional 3 Years of experience of managing sales and customer care department in own company.In Personal level I have also authored a book called as ‘A Miserable Men’ which was published in December 2021.
