David Debenham is a member of Low, Murchison, Radnoff. David is the President of the Association of Forensic Investigators of Canada, and a Fellow of The Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. As a lawyer he represents businesses, and their principals, from the inception of the business, to insolvency, and beyond. This has resulted in his representing corporate and commercial clients in all areas of litigation including:* public and private procurement disputes at the CITT, Competition Bureau, and federal or provincial court levels,* construction, real estate, condominium and commercial leasing disputes,* fraud and breach of fiduciary/trust duties*environmental litigation, *shareholders’ disputes, oppression and executive termination litigation, .Specialties: David has trained as a certified management accountant and a forensic accountant. He has a Masters in Science (Fraud & Forensics). He is certified as a Fraud Specialist by the ACFS, and the Law Society of Ontario has certified him as a Construction Law Specialist.
