I work with family medicine residents navigate rotation expectations and collaborate with faculty to review, improve, and implement complex schedules. This includes analyzing complex credentialling requirement, maintaining partnerships with internal and external clinical sites and communicate any individual updates or long-term plans.

I support the board of directors to live out their mission to advance and support Family Physicians in King County in providing optimal healthcare to all people. We accomplish this together by creating events and supporting programs throughout King County that help individual and organization transform how they provide healthcare. Through advocacy, collaboration, and member engagement we are actively working towards an improved reality.

I support the Board of Directors to execute programs, plans, and events. As the only employee I help to maximize the KCAFP's ability to reach it's membership base to provide opportunities that align with it's mission and vision. My attention to detail helps to make sure we revisit annual events and ability to suggest creative solutions allows us to tackle whatever task is currently at hand.

Co-coordinated a large scale youth centered retreat for Lutheran Youth in WA, OR, and ID for two different weekends in 2017 & 2018. Worked with vendors, group leaders, and presenters to shape, manage, and facilitate retreat around inclusive religious themes. May Youth Weekend is intended to foster opportunities for spiritual growth with emphasis on social justice and inclusive issues. My job description included three pillars of Outreach, Faith Development and Volunteer Coordinating. Using my undergraduate degree, I worked to forge meaningful relationships with members, fellow staff, and community partners to fulfill my call to this Christian congregation in the Lutheran tradition. As the first person in this role I worked to establish new patterns of operation, enhance Central's presence in the community, and program established & new opportunities. Some of the highlights include international inter-congregational cooperation to support a Syrian Refugee family in Canada, increasing the number of Lutheran participants in the annual Pride Parade (We went from 60 to 200+), and daily connection I established with the variety of persons who I came in contact with.

Used my connections in the canvassing world to move out to the Seattle area to train new field canvassing employee's. This involved one-on-one instruction on basic, advanced, and secondary skills to increase the success of field canvass operations. Instruction included careful observation and constructive feedback around messaging, tone, and body language during door to door fundraising efforts. Success was measured through bi-weekly quota evaluation. Daily data collection, mood management, and interpersonal dynamics played a role in how successful instructions were given and received.

Transferred from CWA to work closely with Canvass Director and other Field Managers to address group dynamics, training needs, and daily operations. Created strategies to cover specific areas using historical data and best practices. Helped craft, test, and adjust messaging after hands on experience with the public. Worked individually with Canvass Trainers and Trainee's to asses ability to do the work laid out in the job description. Created individual plans for staff and trainee's who were in jeopardy of not meeting expectations. Fired individuals who did not meet bi-weekly quota goals.

First entered canvassing world in the summer of 2006 for three months. Was re-hired in May of 2007 and worked my way up into a manager role. This required perfection of my canvassing skills and ability to tailor organizational messaging to individuals in a variety of urban, suburban, and rural settings. Used my passion for environmental conservationism to personally develop a thick skin around what could be understood as a door to door sales job.
