Panther is a premium logistics company specializing in door-to-door, ground freight transportation including expedited, less-than-truckload, and truckload services. Panther is a leading provider of air-freight, 3PL, and ocean freight services.My Role was to maximize P/L results and truck asset utilization in the Defense and Aerospace vertical. I did this by capturing business through direct sales calls and persuading the geographically dispersed sales force to sell specific services in the complex Defense and Government market place. Working closely with the sales team and truck utilization team I was able to focus the capture efforts and truck assets to maximize profits.

An ocean vessel service provider. In addition to international ocean vessel support services, ISS provides an extensive assortment of logistic and on-the-ground support to the world’s militaries. My role included providing on vessel representation to deliver port and vessel services when necessary and leading sales efforts with the global offices to capture revenue from naval services for maritime, on-the-ground, and 3PL logistics support services. Other aspects of my role was as relationship manager to Navy forces which includes US Navy Supply Corp, Deployed US Naval Vessels, SDDC, WDC based foreign Naval Defense Attaché’s and Non US Navies on deployment to the United States.My efforts expanded services offered to clients to include total deployment vessel services, stevedoring and terminal services, warehousing, and base management.
