Lumen had no sales representative outside of the Kansas City area before I joined the team and I was responsible for developing representatives throughout the entire United States.

With the successful sale of Jubilee Hole Solutions to The Home Depot Corporation my post-acquisition role shifted to recruiting and establishing employees for the bathroom remodeling division. Was responsible for advertisement placement, screening, job fairs, interviews, and working with Home Depot managers throughout North America. We grew from 100 employees to over 2,000 in less than 2 yearsEstablishing a 50+ person call center in Kansas City, Missouri.

Jubilee Home Solutions was the first national bathroom and kitchen remodeling company. We employed over 100 full-time employees and had offices in Denver, Dallas, Minneapolis, and Kansas City. I was responsible for all aspects of running the corporation.Successfully sold the company to The Home Depot Corporation.

Started a business and worked directly with businesses to determine employee labor needs. Responsible for finding companies seeking full-time, part-time, and seasonal hourly workers. Provided hourly labor for a variety of projects in numerous industries and provided transportation in groups of 50 laborers per shift accompanied by onsite managers and supervisors. Worked with companies in technology, retail, hospitality, industrial, construction, medical, and transportation and we even provided daily laborers in the aftermath clean-up of 911 in New York City.Grew business from one office to five regional offices and employed between 200 and 400 people every business day.Successfully sold the business.
