I manage a self storage facility, with 85 units as well as rent out U-Haul Trucks both local, and one way.

Currently working Part-Time for the city of Port Richey Fire Department, filling in when Career personnel are off.

Safety, and Security for all staff, Guests, residents, and owners. Responsible for all Fire related equipment, and medical supplies throughout the resort. Respond to all Medical calls, accidents, and injuries.

Before and After Hurricane Preperation, Search and Rescue.Have Worked, Trained, and Responded to all Types of Disasters. Train Derailments, Overturned Gasoline Tankers, and Hurricanes. May 2012 asked to fill in as Volunteer District Chief.

Responsible for the safety and security of Saddlebrook Resort residents and guests. Oversee the safe operation and performance of Fire alarms, extinguishers, hydrants, hose boxes, Ansul systems, and all other Fire and Medical equipt. on property. Investigate and prepare written reports on accidents, both vehicle and medical. Perform in-house drug testing for accidents, and injuries requiring outside medical care.

Was asked to step in and Perform District Chief Duties at Station 28 in Land-O-Lakes Florida

Florida Firefighter 2 and EMT Certifications all current. ICS 100,200,300,400,AND 800. Assisted in Mississippi after Hurricane Katrina, worked with Utah USAR Team. EVOC Certified, MSA Repair Tech, Disaster Management After The Storm course. Experienced Extrication Tech, and also Law Enforcement auxilliary Trained. Haz-Mat 1 and 2 certified, Florida Fire Officer 1 certified.

Volunteer position riding with career deputies, and assisting them on calls. Also rode with K-9 unit. Assisted with special events, DUI checkpoints, serving warrants etc. Enjoyed this job very much, and almost changed careers. Very Rewarding work.
