With over 40 years of experience in the construction and engineering sector, I have developed strong skills in new business development, team management, and business negotiation, as well as a deep knowledge of the market trends and customer needs. I hold a BSBA degree in Business Administration and Management from Rockhurst University, where I also pursued my passion for education as a lecturer and mentor.
