David is currently the Deputy Program Manager on the V-22 Common Configuration Readiness and Modernization (CC-RAM) Program in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania. He has deep leadership experience in Aerospace Operations and Program Management across the aviation industry. David started at Boeing in 2007 as a Sheetmetal Assembler where he was responsible for manufacturing the fuselage sections of the CH-47 Chinook. In 2009, David advanced into a manufacturing manager on the CH-47 structures and final assembly line, where he developed his leadership skills and knowledge of the platform. Dave then transitioned to be the Flight Line Operations manager in the CH-47 Delivery Center where he was responsible for flight test and delivery of over 140 aircraft, both foreign and domestic. In this role, Dave promoted both safety and quality while reducing aircraft cycle time and rework and building customer relationships through daily interface and effective communication. In 2018, David transitioned to the V-22 Osprey Platform where he was responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the first aircraft modification of the V-22 CC-RAM program, onboarding and managing a new team of 30 technicians through the program’s first teardown, modification, assembly, test and flight operation. Dave also served as the flight operations manager, ensuring the safe return of the first modified aircraft to the United States Marine Corps customer. During the CC-RAM program start-up, David had key influence on identifying build strategies, cost and schedule reduction opportunities, and factory layout changes that created the framework for the 24 subsequent aircraft modifications.
