- I'm coaching a driven R&D-team. Our main focus is developping products that our customers are looking for and optimizing the related processes. In order to do so, we have built through the last decade a state of the art pilot plant. For some projects we are working togheter with research institutes. Customers can also rely on our technical advise regarding the use of soluble silicates in their applications.- I'm managing a team that daily watch over product and service quality and define with them KPI's and associated targets. This go along with complaint- and document management and performing internal and external audits and supplier evaluations.- As environmental coördinator I'm organizing periodic control measurements on emissions, apply for the necessary exploitation permits and follow up environmental and product legislations and work out the necessary actions to keep the organisation compliant.- I'm watching at the energy market and define together with our CEO our purchase strategy. I'm negotiating the framework contracts for gas and electricity on middle long term.- I'm looking at market opportunities. In this regard I visit on regularly basis customers, business fairs and congresses.
