Many large financial services institutions continue to struggle with their Risk and Compliance programs. Costs are high and increasing, new risks & regulations continue to emerge, and most firms have inefficient and ineffective programs in place.In my role as a Managing Director at Accenture, I help our largest Financial Services clients in North America transform their Risk and Regulatory programs to increase compliance, reduce costs, and drive efficiency.In my 17 years of experience, I have led large scale engagements spanning program design, operating model optimization, technology and innovation. My direct, hands-on experience with resolving regulatory issues, re-imagining processes and deploying intelligent automation enables me to bring a holistic and strategic lens to each engagement.Outside of work, you can find me exploring Charlotte with my family and 2 children, enjoying a run or mountain bike ride outdoors, and cheering on the Carolina Tar Heels.
