- Product Lead & General Manager. Responsible for long-term strategic planning and day-to-day management of more than ten product lines focused on digital health and well-being with $700M+ in revenue– with businesses ranging from the country’s largest, most successful smoking cessation program to the operation of over 300 corporate gyms for some of the country’s largest employers and more. - Financial & KPI Performance. Led team to budget-beating EBITDA growth in both 2019 and 2020, while also beating NPS targets. 22% CAGR for EBITDA from 2018 through 2021.- Team Management. Oversee diverse, matrixed team of ~3,000 employees and additional shared services across all functions, including product, operations, legal, finance, sales, account management, and HR; led significant year-over-year increase, and company-leading, employee engagement and manager effectiveness scores.- Strategy & Client Service. Help chart strategic direction of business across multiple products, including new product growth as well as expansion into market adjacencies; lead business, account management, and operations teams to deliver on customer commitments.

Led the integration of a series of businesses into Rally that helped expand company’s footprint in significant ways from a headcount and financial perspective, as well as in terms of the diversity and breadth of the business. Focused on developing and helping to execute strategic & operational vision for integration.

- Legal Team Management. Helped recruit, build and manage a team of ten legal professionals across a large & diverse docket of legal and business work in a fast-paced technology company in a heavily-regulated space.- Lead Product Counsel. Served as legal lead for all of Rally’s web and mobile product launches across three platforms, in the United States, Canada, and the U.K., requiring coordination across multiple constituencies and deep knowledge of the business and compliance framework. - Growth. Played a leading role in charting legal and business strategies in connection with Rally’s launches in Brazil, Canada, the U.K., and Caribbean (including top-to-bottom review of product, operations, tax, regulatory, transfer pricing, and other issues for those international launches).- Policy & Regulatory Matters. Lead role in Rally’s policy and regulatory reform work, including drafting policy white papers, legislation, and regulations for White House and Congressional staff, state & federal regulators, and industry associations.- Employment/Human Resources. Advised Rally’s HR and executive teams on hiring, separations, recruitment, and everything in between as the company grew from a start-up to over 1,000 employees.

- Litigation Partner- Honors. Named one of the "Top 30 Lawyers Under 30" in Washington, D.C. by Legal Bisnow in 2008- Trial & Deposition Experience. Trial counsel in numerous contested hearings, with significant experience preparing and defending witnesses for deposition and at trial, leading cross examination, and with oral argument; successful advocate accustomed to high-stress environments where thinking-on-your feet is a necessary skill for success.- Breadth of industry. Worked on cases in energy (EFH, Calpine, BP, Sunoco), private equity and financial services (Bain Capital, Blackstone, Cerberus), hospitality (Extended Stay, Innkeepers), aerospace (Boeing), press (AP), family court (pro bono), and other spaces.- Diverse substantive legal areas. Worked on diverse issues ranging from securities and antitrust violations, breach of contract, corporate governance, M&A, real estate, IP infringement, racial discrimination, fraudulent transfer, child custody, and more. Able to learn and immerse in new substantive law quickly and deeply.- Advised in Restructuring and M&A Context. Advised senior executives and boards of directors in connection with some of the largest restructurings in history (including Energy Future Holdings, Calpine, and Clear Channel); as well as mergers & acquisitions (on behalf of Bain Capital, Blackstone, and others).- Written work product. Lead drafter of hundreds of briefs, including successful dispositive motions (e.g. one that reduced damages exposure for the country’s largest private equity firms by tens of billions of dollars); in expedited contexts; in trial, bankruptcy, and appellate courts across the country; and for public disclosures and securities filings. - Training. Led the D.C. office’s e-discovery committee, including developing monthly seminars on practical litigation topics for junior and mid-level lawyers at the firm and running training for first-year lawyers.

Taught 8th grade algebra, 9th grade geometry & pre-calculus, and a 10th grade seminar that combined European history and English.
