Since joining Yicong Investment Management Co., I completed the business-strategy planning project for a listed company in Zhongshan. I also organized and directed a project team to completed the Expressway financial analysis, business mode analysis and risk management research project for Zhongshan Transporation Group.

I served as consulting director, in charge of Macau motor vehicles entry and exit HengQin total management system project manager and regional sales director since joining Zhuhai QiYun technical company. I responded for design more than a dozen projects during this period, for example Dashenlin e-commerce platform, Yixinyuan e-commerce, Qixingpiaocong bill business system, Yizun fork truck leasing business management system, Zhongnan farm produce B2B e-platform and son on.

Since 2013, joined the CentroFashion company I designed Guangzhou and Wenzhou Branch of the IT information architecture, established seamless connection between European headquarters IT center and China regional IT center via MPLS line. In year 2014, I respond for roll out SAP ERP system and Manhattan logistics system project in China regional successfully. During year 2014 and 2015, I consulted a number of ERP and mobile internet application system projects for some listed companies.

I directed and organized to establish Guangzhou, Shanghai, Wuxi offices IT infrastructure, they developed from nothing since year 2006. We use Guangzhou office as network core site in China IT structure and connected to Germany and Singapore Asia Pacific data center in directly. I organized and participated many times multinational group company software and hardware projects since year 2008. Mainly including cooperated to Germany HQ. IT team planned and implemented PDM system in Guangzhou subsidiary in year 2008; it achieved the research and development department unified information and work flow with HQ.’s related departments. In year 2009, I setup ERP system in Guangzhou subsidiary. In the same year migrated such system to Singapore HQ. that unified ERP system in all Asia Pacific subsidiaries. From year 2010 to 2011, I directed and implemented HR and access control system project that unified such system in subsidiaries in China. In year 2012, I cooperated to HQ. IT to replaced new CRM system in China, in the new system is more easy to use and enhanced information security. For regulate IT devices and network using to follow company strategy what certificated ISO9001 standard, I established IT devices and network using regulation and use such regulation as original version implement to other subsidiaries. During IT infrastructure developed and business increased, company appointed me respond for build up IT department in year 2007. In the beginning of year 2008 there is an IT team built what function in IT business operation, IT project management, IT training and service developing. In the same year, I organized a software package team as required by Germany HQ. For clarify IT employee task division and IT business process, I created IT job and work procedure description in year 2008. In year 2011, I finished IT service catalog that clarified IT service and its standard.
