Provided ground supply support for Unmanned Aerial System operations.Supervised all aspects of the squadron's supply accounts to include Due-in Status File (DASF), Mechanized Allowance List (MAL), Loaded Unit Balance File (LUBF), and the Consolidated Memorandum Receipt (CMR) reports consisting of 300 items worth in excess of $13 million. Served as Unit Issue Facility Responsible Officer and was credited with finding over $38,000 in losses.Mentored, trained, and professionally developed all Supply and Maintenance Management personnel.Managed and supervised the ordering of over $575,000 in materials and supplies for the Squadron.

Senior Enlisted Supply Advisor to the Squadron Commander and Supply Officer.Enhanced Supply & Logistical Operation by requiring strict adherence to all regulations and procedures. Monitored all cyclic and annual inventories to ensure they were made in accordance with Marine Corps directives. Supervised the redistribution process of all weapons of Squadron Marines deploying in support of Operation Iraqi/Enduring Freedom.Served as the Approving Official (AO) for the battalion’s Government Commercial Purchaser Card (GCPC) and Defense Travel System (DTS) programs monitoring small contract acquisitions and travel.Provided oversight to the squadron in proper handling of individuals and effective training programs to ensure development and professionalism within obtained ranks.

Responsible for supervision of military personnel in daily supply activities with 310 major property end items of equipment valued in excess of $19 million.Managed a supply warehouse with stocks in excess of $10 million.Budgeted for the transportation of individuals and equipment in support of deployment. This required oversight to ensure the deploying Marines were fed during travel to their assignment and outfitted with the proper equipment for success during their deployment and training exercises. Served as the Company Substance Abuse Control Officer (SACO) responsible for providing substance abuse education/prevention classes, urinalysis screening, and assistance to the command on substance abuse matters. Served as the Approving Official (AO) for the battalion’s Government Commercial Purchaser Card (GCPC).

Assisted in annual inventories to ensure they were completed in a timely manner and inventory adjustments were made in accordance with directives. Monitored all cyclic and annual inventories to ensure they were made in accordance with Marine Corps directives. Assisted the fiscal section with an annual fiscal year budget of over $1.3 million.
