I have delivered strong relationship and stakeholder management outcomes across diverse backgrounds by using my natural curiosity to quickly get to the ground truth. This includes ‘mega projects’ in large scale project environments and small organisations (public, private and not for profit) where I have had accountability for the design and delivery of organizational change, business /culture improvement and operations / transformation initiatives. Focusing on the alignment across the business including the understanding of the vision and strategic objectives. With a no nonsense approach, I have comprehensive experience in operations, technical project delivery & leadership, agile ways of work, facilitation, organisational change, strategic communications, capability development and corporate governance.
