Primarily focused on enterprise-wide efforts impacting the entire HCA organizations implementation of the Patient Keeper suite of applications. Current efforts include coordination of system upgrades, implementing enhancements/corrections across the enterprise, and overseeing efforts to migrate system hardware. Responsible for ensuring all of site environments have been updated with the latest patches and enhancements on a quarterly basis. Enter and process enhancement requests or code fixes in JIRA and Salesforce. Additionally, I focus on efforts to centralize and standardize team documentation in Confluence, and train/mentor new team members.

Lead Instructor in the Information and Support Services program at Blue Hills Regional Technical School.We guide our students through the Massachusetts ISSN frameworks covering Computer Hardware, Window and Linux environments, mobile devices and Networking. We also cover Adobe Creative cloud programs such as Photoshop, Premiere and Illustrator.

Implement and maintain new medical software including upgrades to existing software. Responsibilities include creation of curriculum materials and training users in both individual and classroom style settings. Lead analyst on new Physician Discharge Documentation system allowing for online patient Discharge Instructions and Medication Reconciliation. This implementation ensures safe and accurate medication instructions for patients upon discharge. Partners eCare project, enterprise-wide health information system integrating all clinical, administrative and revenue systems across Partners HealthCare entities. The integration of Partners networks converts all existing software applications from the various existing software into one centralized software suite. Responsibilities include organizational readiness, interface testing, device testing, user training and support.Design and submission of multiple regulatory extracts and reports to various regulatory and governmental agencies including: Press Ganey, Crimson Market Research, and Medicaid.Support and maintain the Newton Wellesley Intranet and Internet Home page via the MedCms and Medtouch content management systems respectively. Maintain physician directory and hospital policy and procedure sites, as well as providing user access, support and training.Provide user and technical support for existing software including: MEDITECH, PICIS, Pyxis and eScription.Provide user training to new and existing staff.
